Donnisia Tibbs is a master connector, philanthropist, and overall creative. Growing up in a family rich in cultural diversity and artistic influences, Donnisia’s passions are a creative melting pot.

Her father, a band director and saxophonist, and mother, a pianist and educator, recognized her artistic interests at an early age. They exposed her to concerts, theater, and cultural festivals where art was displayed and celebrated.

Her love for curating social events, providing cool and interesting spaces for creatives to create using their specific platforms, media and talents, exploring entrepreneurship, participating in community engagement activities, volunteering, modeling, public speaking, art initiatives and art photography.

This foundation provided the framework for what would later manifest into the creation of her company Heavenly Engagements Event Planning & Decor LLC and opened opportunities for her to community impact the community. Her fun approach to creating atmospheres that unify across cultures, ages, and interests spread across a total of five Little Black Dress Events and served to support several non-profit organizations.
